Fibers & Textiles

Yarn is made of fibers that are twisted or laid together to create one continuous strand which can be made into a textile. Textiles that are used within an interior are called soft goods. Fibers can be natural or manufactured which can be processed into a fabric. Textiles come in wide range of characteristics that affect how they can be used within an interior.
